CONSTREQ OÜ
Our company was founded in 2018 through the e-residency program with an intention to become a bridge between the Baltic and the Balkan markets. We are young and energetic. However, there are over 30 years experiences in the sales of construction equipment behind the key person in the company. All this was achieved through a reliable sister company serving the markets of North Macedonia, Kosovo and Albania.
Our mission is to spread modern construction technologies.
Our vision is to offer a complete product range that would satisfy the needs of any serious company with high standards in operation.
We have participated at the ESTBUILD 2023 exhibition in Tallinn.

During the years, the company established three main pillars of operation on the markets of the Baltic countries, with primary focus on Estonia. We pride ourselves with our product range. We have established several strong partnerships with reliable equipment suppliers to serve the growing market segment of rebar processing plants.
Road Infrastructure
Our company has a keen eye on the road sector in the Baltics and gradually positioned itself in the niche market of road infrastructure construction and maintenance. We believe that a good and well maintained road network is the key to the development of a country. We have selected only the best and most reliable solutions for the Estonian roads.
Environmental
Estonia is the leader in the circular economy of the Baltic region. During the last five years we have built extensive partnerships among suppliers, educational institutions and ministries in the country with an aim to facilitate the bio waste recycling adhering to the EOW regulations of Estonia. This is our newest pillar of focus and we are committed to sourcing other partners that manufacture equipment for recycling and circular economy. We will update this section as we go along.
